Russ Stumpe gave a progress report on several catch-up maintenance and capital improvement projects.

Al Erickson, on behalf of the Personnel Committee, distributed a staff and position analysis of our current situation, as well as other possible staff configurations.

The Board approved a motion to appoint Peg Bartel, Deb Matthews, and Bonnie Brandt to a Right-Staffing Task Force. This task force will develop a plan to meet MVUC’s future staffing requirements, and will make recommendations to the Board.

The Board approved a revised Religious Education Council Charter.

The Board will be responsible for the Closing Words at Rev. Braman’s last worship service on July 27.
