The Social Justice Speakers Series welcomes elected representatives, lay and inter-faith leaders, policy experts and other public figures to speak about a broad social justice agenda and offer the opportunity for a public exchange of ideas and information on a wide range of issues. Topics of interest include but are not restricted to: poverty, affordable housing, social services, health care, fair wages, homelessness, climate change, gender, racial and sexual orientation discrimination, democracy deficit, media neutrality and independence, and US involvement in global affairs.
