Funds Management

Most of our revenue and expenses flow through an operating fund.  Most of the operating fund is available for general expenses in accordance with budgets approved by the Board of Trustees, but some of it is designated for specific purposes, such as the Property Major Maintenance (PMM) and Partner Church funds.   These undesignated and designated funds are comingled in checking and investment accounts.
